ThistleSong was sound asleep. Afternoon light filtered gently through the trees, dappling her white coat with warm yellows and the colors of light. The air was warm for leafbare, and ThistleSong had taken the opportunity to stretch out in the sun and take a well deserved nap. She had been hunting for freshkill all morning, after all, and had caught quite a lot. After feeding herself and adding the rest of the meat to the pile, she was simply exhausted and so decided to lay down. A small gnat buzzed loftily around her, and then landed on her nose. Her nose wrinkled, and her whiskers twitched. With an almighty sneeze, she bolted awake and scratch her nose where the gnat had tickled it. She looked up at the sky and realized the time. Oh well, she thought. I should have been up a while ago, anyway. She stretched and yawned, and made her way to the clearing in the middle of camp.
Nothing had happened today, in her opinion. It had been simple, catching those mice. No new scents were to be found along the borders of the clan, and all in all, it had been quite an easy day.
LeafBreeze wrinkled her nose. She stared at the sky, wondering when her leader was going to announce the evening patrols. She sighed to herself. Would I ever find someone who loves me? she wondered with a jolt.

(Anyone who'd like to be Sedgepaw's mentor?) ~Sedge-Paw~ Sedgepaw bounded out of the Apprentice Den happily, her tail flicking behind her back and forth, like a dog would when its happy. Her yellow cream fur shone in the sun as she bounded up to the only two warriors that were awake. "What kind of patrols are coming out?" She meowed happily, and very, very, very, very loudly, so everyone could hear her perfectly. Her ears twitched happily, and a small purr ripped out of her mouth, flicking her tail back and forth as she impaitently bounced up and forth happily.
(I'd be happy to be her mentor. C:) ThistleSong's ears turned in the direction of the loud apprentice's meow. Seeing the energetic cat's smile, she couldn't help but mirror it. "Good morning SedgePaw," she purred. "I've finished the hunting patrol for this morning, but I may go scout out the area later, if you'd like to come." She purred gently.

Her eyes brightened happily and she bounced up and down on her paws, bounding forward toward Thistlesong, her fur fluffing up so she looked like a giant fuzz-ball. She flicked her tail back and forth excitedly. She beamed happily toward Thistlesong before forcing herself to sit down, though her tail kept flicking back and forth.
Ravenclaw padded out of the Warriors Den, feeling an annoyed sigh come out of his maw when he saw the annoying apprentice. He flicked his tail and glanced at the empty food-pile with annoyance. "Why don't we all go hunting?" He suggested, with a bored flick of the ears as if he had something better to do than go hunting with his clan-mates.
Fawnshade chuckled softly, shifting in the sunlight. As soon as she got comfortable, she heard to pairs of scampering paws heading her way. She sighed. "Mama! Mama! Dapplekit wont play fair!" the small , pale brown she-kit complained. "I was to, Hazelkit!" the larger, gold dappled she-kit nudged her sister untill they were rolling all over the camp. Fawnsahde sighed again, a little too tired this morning.
Leafbreeze watched the kits play-a purr rising in her throat. She looked at RavenClaw, twitching her tail. "Well, looks like somone is going to have to hunt with you." she beckoned towards the forest. "Coming, then?"
